This person is trouble, they call multipul times a day and hang up, wanting me to call back with their scam

Apparently, my money disappeared because I supposedly sent 92 SMS messages to this number at 09:23:45. When I asked how I could have sent nearly 100 messages at once, the MTS employee said it was a mass mailing. This would only be beneficial to MTS, so I am switching to Megafon

Following my conversation with them, my number was disconnected and I found out I had a balance of -389 rubles, despite having a prepaid plan, and 900 rubles were mysteriously deducted from my account; I've contacted MTS to resolve the issue
