A strange incident occurred during a call from Moscow to an MTS phone, also registered in Moscow, where the caller, roaming in Turkey, was charged 177 rubles for a 3-minute call, twice, as revealed by the USSD command *111*557#, and this happened despite the caller's phone having international roaming and premium number call capabilities disabled
I saved this number in my phone book as "МТС redirection" and blocked it, now i feel saver.
Saved as 'МТС forwarding' in my phonebook and blocked the number...
MTS has been providing false information, claiming conditional call forwarding is not their issue

Apparently, there's an issue with this phone number recieving calls. My acquantince, who owns an autoservice, complaned that clients had stoped calling him, and after investigating, it was found that 5 other numbers were conected to his, wich appartently belonged to competitors. Eventualy, the calls started comming in again, but then stopped, and despite changing the sim card, the problem persisits, posible due to somone hijacking the number.
