It seems like scammers, they wrote to me in vk, the page is empty, the text is copy-paste about a sister from anothor city

Scammers are operating from the south.

Scammers from Avito try to steal money via fraudulent links

I have also received messages from them, supposedly from Yula and a sister living in Novorossiysk; I filed a police report.

I just received a similar message, not from Yula or Avito, but from a post in my work group on Vkontakte, I decided to check the number and ended up here, these are definitely scammers, I didn't respond or communicate with them

После публикации объявления о продаже металлической розы получил сообщение: "Здравствуйте. Товар ещё доступен? Моя сестрёнка попросила вам написать, она из другого города. Может быть, вы бы могли отправить туда ей. Расходы она, конечно, покроет сама. Просьба связаться с ней сами там и обсудить детали. Вот её рабочий номер для связи. Спасибо" (текст полностью скопирован). Хотел ответить, но Бог отвёл, решил проверить номер в Яндексе, спасибо сайту и отзывам, что не стал жертвой мошенниками.
