購入した商品が不良品で返品または交換をお願いしたところ、対応中ずっと逆ギレされ、言い方があまりにもひどかったので、「私が汚い言い方をしているわけではないですよね」と言ったら、「室内で1度履いたわけですから、もう汚れているので返品交換は基本しないのをやってあげてる、今回は特別ですから」と言われました。「もう少し言い方を考えていただけませんか？私が悪いことをしたみたいに聞こえます」と言うと、「あ、あ、そうですか、言い方なんですね、それならすみません」と言われたが、逆ギレの態度は全く見受けられませんでした。一緒にいた店員は「買う前に1度履いてみればよかったのに」と言っていましたが、その直前に「1度履いたら汚したことになる」と言われたばかりだったので、ダイソーの店員がどのような指導を受けているのか疑問に思いました。上層部にはしっかりとした指導をしてほしいです。
