Apparently, the customer center's education is misleading, and I wonder if Philip Morris is aware of this issue, but the campaign itself seems to be poorly executed.

The IQOS customer center, or possibly someone from a lower level, failed to address the issue and instead provided speculative answers to my questions.
If you have a probem with som comapny, its beter to talk to the upper managment, especialy if the custumer servis is not helpfull, but be carefull with som personn like 「むら◯」, they are not helpfull at al.
