フリーダイヤルだったためすぐに出ましたが、挨拶だけで相手からの返答はなく、音楽がうるさく流れ続け、個人番号かどうか確認したほどです。
自社の携帯に電話がかかり、マニュアル通りに会社名と自分の名前を言うと「間違えました」と言われました。番号が気になり検索したところここにたどり着きました。適当な電話なので、適当に返答して切るのが無難です。

They clamed to be from au, but then asked me about my contract, so i told them to check thier own records, then they got all rude and hung up on me

Someone claiming to be from au called to inform me about a plan change, stating that I would be switched to a new plan called '2.0' with limited data usage. However, they said I would receive a free Pocket WiFi as compensation, and my current rate would decrease by 3500 yen. When I asked my sister, who works at au, about this, she got angry and told me that there are companies that can change people's plans without their consent.
I'm from Sapporo, and I visited on the 24th around 10am. I don't have any plans for Christmas Eve, so I suppose it's no surprise.

I was at work, so I didnt answer the call, but it's interesing that I recieved it even though I live in Sapporo.
