At first, I thougt it was a folow up call, so I talked to them, but the next time they calld, it was too soon, and I didnt appresheate it.
This is the customer service for IQOS, and they request that you complete a survey over the phone. Although it might be tolerable if it only happened once, the fact that they call multiple times is frustrating. It seems that their system is flawed, as it fails to register completed surveys and continues to prompt for callbacks. Furthermore, the calls often come at inconvenient hours, such as 7 or 8 pm, which is frankly annoying.
They only call when its convienient for them so no need to anser

Apparently, this was a survey call from iQOS customer center after a purchase, they didnt care about my schedule and keep talking forever, since were not friend, i wish they make it concise.
