I thought it was a scam, but i check this site and it was about my card
paypayの管理センターからの電話で、詐欺ではなかった
Security phone call was from PAYPAY card HP as following.

I initially thought the call from PayPayカードセキュリティ was suspicious, but after verifying the number, I called back and resolved an issue with my card security.
The call was actually from PayPay's card security team, and when I told them I had made an overseas purchase, they said it was not a problem

I had a usage of around 80,000 in the past few days, and it was cancelled about an hour later. They called to confirm if I had any knowledge of it, and since I didn't, they said there's a possibility of fraud and asked me to reissue my card.
I contacts them about a double payment, it was a mistake but the way they leaved a voicemail was suspisios, they need to work on theyre customer servise.
I got a call from the security team of PayPay card, they told me about a 100 yen purchase in america, that was cancelled, and since i didnt remember making the purchase, i changed my card

PAYPAY card securtiy, i had two suspisous transactions yesterdy, i think it was phising becuase i encterd my card numbr, but the transaction was declind, the staff were very polite and helpfull
