I had been charged for two months without my consent, and after canceling the service, I was told I would be refunded within 30 days for one month, but I wanted to get the other month's payment back, so I called, and the first time, I spoke to a woman who seemed to be reading from a script, which infuriated me, but the second time, I got a more composed person who asked about cases where four months' worth of payments had been refunded, and after a short wait, they offered to refund the two months as a special exception.
