アメックスの管理部門からの連絡でした。正直、それさえ怪しいと思っていたけど、カードの裏面番号にかけ直せと言われて、その通りにカードを確認しながらかけ直したら本物だった。不正利用の疑いで丁寧に知らせてくれた。すべてを疑う私の失礼な対応にも親切に応じてくれた。最後に自分の疑い深い態度を謝ったら、逆にそんなにしっかり対応してくれて安心したと感謝されるなんて…本当に申し訳なかった。でも、これでアメックスは信頼できるカード会社だと再認識した。被害を防いでくれた皆さんに感謝します。
