I made a call to inquire about fraudulent use of my D Card Gold.

ドコモからのdカードに関する変更案内の着信でした。迷惑電話やスパムではありませんでした。

The person who answered was extremely rude, denied any wrongdoing, and even demanded to see my driver's license, threatening to extract my personal info. Be cautious

Received a short mail for usage confirmation, initially suspicious but after researching, found it was from Docomo Security Center and decided to open it, then took immediate action to stop and reissue

I recieved a short message about d card fraude from this number and I thought it was suspicious, but when I checked the phone number, it was from d card center.

Despite answering the call, it didn't connect; the phone reception hours are inconvenient for working individuals

Since I have ドコモ, I received a short mail. Fortunately, I was able to get in touch with them multiple times, and they're currently investigating a case of fraudulent use of my card for 1 million yen. Although the phone staff seemed somewhat indifferent, I'm willing to give them another chance to make things right.

Experienced unauthorized use, and later received additional charges for services I didn't use; when I reported the issue, it was ignored, and the phone support was extremely poor, so be prepared for frustration

When I contacted the call center about my d-card being misused, they treated me coldly and told me to ask the billing company, making me feel humiliated as a loyal customer

There was an unfamiliar charge from Amazon on my d Card statement, and

I received a call from the d-card security center asking if I had made a high-value online purchase the previous day at 23 hours.

DCard securtiy center called me about a posible fraudlent trasaction, they asked me to confim some info, altho i was worried it might be a scam

upon receiving a call from an unknown number, a search revealed it to be from a security center, and upon callback, there were three instances of improper use of a family member's card for online purchases

The caller claimed to be from Dカードセキュリティセンター.

I searchd the number online and saw it was from d card secirity center so I answered

i received a call from docomo's d-card security center, and they left a voicemail saying they needed to discuss something about my card, so as a precaution, i called the official docomo d-card security number, and they confirmed that it was indeed a call from docomo, they asked if i had made a purchase of around 30,000 yen at abc mart four days ago, and when i said i hadn't, they told me that my card had been used fraudulently, they helped me prevent any further payments, and since it was an unused card, i cancelled it, i'm grateful, and apparently, there are people who randomly target others with such scams, and there's no way to prevent it, so it was a good thing i answered the call

This is a call from docomos securitee center, they were asking if i had made a purchace on amazon on aprill 15th and 16th, since i didnt remembar making any, we proceded with the necesary steps to get a new card isued, i was verry greatful for ther help, if you recive a call from this numbe, you might want to call them back to check if ther was any unouthorized use of your card.

I received a call from a place claiming to be the DOCOMO Security Center, inquiring about a large purchase made with my d-card; fortunately, they offered to replace the card
