our fault for forgeting to pay, however we should have recieved a payment reminder, insted we recived aurge phone call, had we recived the reminder we would have made the payment immedietly.
The attitude of the response was appalling, with repeated loud mentions of overdue payments, making me feel like I was being treated as a culprit, despite my honest forgetfulness
