After looking up the number online, I found it belonged to Nojima, so I called back thinking it was about a product issue, but it was just a survey.

Did not answer the call, possibly because I had recently changed my phone number and the caller ID showed a suspicious location.
I dont think the customer shoud be asked about the instalation of the air conditionner, thats somethig that shoud be handled interanally
