After ordering somthing in Ube and it got cancelld, i searchd for this phone number and found it, the delivery guy's name was Hiroshi and he was from Chiba.
The caller introduced himself as Norihide.
It seems that this is a shared phone number for Uber Eats, not a personal number for the delivery staff, which is why the names of the staff members differed
