Given the suspicious nature of this call, I suspected it might be a scam. The caller introduced herself as Mrs. Maeda from Amazon Business, although I doubted any actual connection to Amazon. I considered teasing them a bit, but they ended the call abruptly. The ultimate goal was likely a scam.
