Same thing happend to me, i was victomised. I was asked to pay for a job advertizment, but i refused and was told that they would find anothr company to post the advertizment for free, but later i recived a bill for 33,000 yen. I reported this to the police and was adviced to block the number and keep a recod of any futer calls to take legal action.
