I went to Kaisya Hachida store and they didnt have the promotion products from the flyer, when I show the flyer to the cashier she told me to look at the counter, then a old lady from the service desk came and took me to the regular products section and check the price with a machine, she said dont worry this price is ok, but I was wondering why they didnt display the promotion price, maybe they did it on purpose.

The service at the Nakagawa Fudeta store in Nagoya was ridiculously poor. I waited for 8 minutes after pressing the call button at the water section, but no staff member arrived. When I asked if someone was available, they responded with a vague answer. The experience was infuriating, and I left without making a purchase.
The Homac store in Nameko does not create duplicate keys without ID, but the Shibetsu store does.

In May, I purchased an agricultural machine, but one of the special screws was defective. When I requested a replacement, the customer service representative seemed to be arguing with me, stating that the screw was supposed to be tight. After reiterating the issue, they finally agreed to inspect the product. It would have been better if they had checked the screw before shipping the product, as it caused me a great deal of inconvenience.
After purchasing 20 bundles of turf from カーマホームセンター in Suzuka City, I was disappointed to find that four of the bundles were dead and did not produce any new growth; when I attempted to return them, the staff at the service counter were extremely rude and uncooperative, making it clear that they were more interested in dismissing me than providing adequate customer service
