先週の夜、見覚えのない自動音声が流れたときはまず電話を切り、番号をブロックしてください。個人情報や支払督促といった要求は絶対に応じず、電話会社の迷惑電話防止サービスや消費者センターに通報するのが安全です。身に覚えのない請求は公式サイトやアプリで直接確認し、怪しいリンクは絶対に開かないようにしましょう。複数回かかってくる場合は着信拒否リストに追加し、周囲にも情報共有することが被害拡大防止につながります。
ペイペイカードの督促電話でした。事前メールを見ていなかったので期日を過ぎており、入金したものの再引き落としがされずに困惑していました。電話が来て、番号検索するとペイペイだとわかりましたので、かえって連絡しました。生年月日や電話番号を聞かれたり、みずほ銀行への振り込みを依頼されたりしましたが、本人確認のためだと思います。引き落とし日から3日で延滞金はかからなかったのはよかったです。自分で使った覚えがあるので、再度電話をかけ直す方がよかったかもしれません。

I received two calls a day for five days, and when I finally answered, there was only silence. I suspect it might be a scam.
Since I don't have a PayPay contract, the call I received is definitely a scam.

This appears to be a Softbank scam.
The automated message asked for personal details and payment information, including a bank transfer to Mizuho Bank's Hanamizuki branch.
