Similar to everyone else's opinion, the call center's response is deplorable; it's as if you're conversing with a machine, completely disregarding human interaction, and it would be appreciated if they could engage in a proper conversation

After requesting a visit for repairs on the website, I received a call from this number the next day at 8:30 AM, only to be told that their business hours start at 9:00 AM and to call back later.
In addition to my previous post, I'm frustrated about the communication costs; they would say they'd call back, but never did, and when they did, the line would be busy or not answer; it's concerning that we have to pay for these calls, especially when they're the ones who initiated the conversation and kept us waiting
The operator from Edion has a terrible way of speaking, and to make matters worse, the call took a long time to connect, resulting in a significant phone bill. It took over 30 minutes to get through. The operator didnt listen to me and was talking one-sidedly, so i got tired of requesting repair and bought a new one at another store. They seem to be selling 5 or 10 year guarantees but with this kind of service, i wont buy from Edion anymoree.
