I called U-next suport center, but they didnt help me, they was very cold
Recently, I decided to renegotiate my internet fees, so I called NTT Docomo. It turned out that my payments were going to NTT Finance, but I thought it was for Docomo and OCN. However, I discovered that it was actually for Yunext. I had been paying for eight years without realizing it. When I contacted Yunext, they told me to wait, and after three days, they finally got back to me. Apparently, the contract was made over a single phone call, and since I didn't have any records or an account, I couldn't log in. Yunext claimed they couldn't verify my login history, so they couldn't refund me. They offered to refund one year's worth of payments, but only if I acknowledged the contract. If I contacted the consumer center, they would cancel the refund. It seems like I have no choice but to accept this situation.
