Fortunately, I didn't answer the phone, which was a scammer posing as Kansai Electric Power, and I found a warning about it on their official website, so be careful
This phone call seemed to be from Kansai Electric Power. It was an automated voice asking about a survey on how much I could save by switching to a new plan. I was surprised they called me in Hokkaido without knowing my situation.
