On sunday morning I recieved a call from a recorded voice claiming to be from Shikoku electric, it was really annoying.
There was an automatic voice message on my answering machine, claiming to be about utility bills, which seemed like a typical scam call.

i aswered the call but it was an automated voice saying i can reduce my energy bills

When I received the call, it was a voice-guided message saying 'if you answer these five questions, we can help you reduce your current utility bills'
