The call started with a greeting about 'continuing NTT's internet service' and 'a proxy shop', so I asked if we had any prior dealings, but that's all it took for them to cut the call; the speaker was a woman, and I've found that most of these calls end abruptly without explanation when the caller's intentions are unclear.
