There were two calls on different days, but both times, they hung up after two rings. It's possible that they were waiting for me to call back. Either way, it's not a legitimate call, and the best course of action would be to block the number.

They said they was from a eletric company and was talking about a subsidy from 埼玉県, but when i said i dont have a house they hang up the phone
I had set my phone to voicemail, and the call was hung up. Not answering was a wise decision.
