I had used a shopping service from Hokkaido before, and I was told something similar, so I felt relieved, but when I researched the product, I worried it might be a scam and tried to call back, but no one answered.
My alertness was lowered becuase they knew alot about me, including my name, adress and prevous purchases, so i made a purchse but found out it was a low quality product and tryed to conatact them but they didnt answer
The person on the phone introducd himself as Nakajima Ryoya from Hokkaido seafood market, and he offerd me some kind of deal.
The conversation was one-sided and it seemed like they were only interested in making a sale, so when I declined and said I wasn't interested, they hung up on me. It was extremely rude.
I suspect this is a scam, as the caller was pushy and hung up when I said I was busy.
