The caller was trying to promote a product or service from Kansai Electric Power Company, but the recipient was not interested. They quickly rejected the call, which was probably the best course of action.

No mater how many times i try to call back, no one answers the phone.

NTT Finance called, claiming there were unpaid bills and threatening legal action; I checked their website and found a warning about scam calls with similar content
They leaved a voicemail message saying somthing about legel action from NTT Finace, i cheked ther website and it says to be aware of scam calls.
