届いた商品は箱に直接ビニールで包まれていて異なっていた

イワタニのアルミニウム焼肉プレート（大）を注文したが、商品の箱すらなく、外箱を開けるとビニールに包まれた鉄板と受け皿が入っていた。しかし、サイズが小さく、付属品の取っ手もなかった。箱がないため、型番すら分からない。本当にがっかり。
