Located in Nara Prefecture, I received a call around 20:40 that lasted about 20 seconds before disconnecting. Thankfully, I found this site. I haven't installed solar panels.
I also live in Nara Prefecture and was wary of the call because it came from a Kyushu area code. Fortunately, I did not answer, and it seems I made the right decision.
This number calls every Saturday between 7-8 pm, from the vicinity of Nara city. When I told them to come while I'm away on a business trip to Etorofu Island, they hung up like a chicken.
