I recieved a mail from Rakuten Card about posible misuse and the phone number was included, I tried to use my card but it didnt work so I called them and it was legit, I had to reissue my card and change my ID and password

After creating an account with SMBC and registering my name and phone number, I received an 'urgent contact' message from Rakuten regarding my card.
I got a suspicious email supposedly from rakuten card, it said to contact 092-303-5631, so I investigated and found this site, and called them, after alot of waiting they answered and it turned out my card was misused and they had to reissue it.
