I recieved a call from a telemarketer claiming that my cargo could not be delivered, but when I called back, they kept me on hold, it is likely that this is a scams, and I wish nobody would call from this number.

As mentioned in the comments, this is a scam; upon checking my orders, I found that there was actually a package, but it was returned as there was nothing in it
