They say they are doing a survey about the municipality and your problems, but if you ask them whats their purpose, they say its a research and hang up. If they find a naive person, they will try to get their account informations and scam them. This person should be caught, i dont know where to complain though

They claimed to be conducting a survey for local elections and wanted to discuss it for a few minutes. After researching, I found that they call people and ask questions like 'Who will you vote for in your district?' which I found annoying. If they call again, I'll file a complaint.
