I was expecting a business call, but I wondered who it could be from.
It appears to be a Digiturk number with malicious intent, as they call and hang up. After registering on the BDK official website and filing a complaint, I received a response stating that a warning was sent to the company and they no longer call me.
I'm correcting my self the official site is tuketici.btk.gov.tr/giris/ you can register and fill the complaint form they will definetly respond
