Dikkatli olun!

When I called back, I was told to hold for customer service, but the line went dead, leaving me wondering if it was a scam
The caller told numerous lies, when I didn't fall for it, they hung up on me, they claimed I had a registered internet line which I don't, and said my modem needed to be replaced, I hope they get caught and punished
I didnt answer, when i call back they say they will redirect me to customer service, then i wait for 1 minute and they hang up
They call me and say my modem is old, i should change it, but i dont think its related to my internet
The call prompts you to press 1 to change your internet infrastructure, which seems suspicious
On 26/11/2024 at 14:51, I received a call from this number, but it automatically ended when I didn't press 1, and I suspect that this is a scam call
You should immediatly make a complain to btk or cimer, they can find the location of the caller and arrest them, dont just write it here
Fifteen minutes ago, I received a call from this number; when I answered, they mentioned something about my modem needing an upgrade from 4G to 5G, claiming it would improve my internet speed, especially during peak hours, and asked for a payment, which I now believe was a scam.
Generally, they call at ridiculous times, mentioning modem and 5g, saying i wont get internet service if i dont update my modem... after sharing my adress info, i started to suspect somethin, but they didnt ask for any other informations, whats the point of having just my adress info tho
