I contacted them to replace the torn gasket of my washing machine, and they replaced it with a low-quality, foul-smelling one. I made an EFT payment of 2860 TL to an account under the name Burcu Günay. When I asked for a receipt, they claimed the workplace would provide it. However, the accountant never got back to me, and the product they installed was not genuine. Unfortunately, I realized too late that I had been scammed. They gain the trust of their victims by posing as authorized servicemen. Afterwards, it was impossible to reach them, and there was no receipt to be found. When I contacted Bosch, they informed me that I didn't have any records with them and that they didn't have such a team. Upon further investigation, I discovered that their website was fake. I have reported them to the tax office, and I advise you to be cautious of this number and these individuals.
