On january 7th, 2018, i called them, supposedly the authorized arcelik service, they asked if my product was still under warranty, i said no, and they said they would send someone, after a week, the technician arrived and asked for 300 lira, and said i had to pay half in advance, but i only had 50 lira in my account, so he said he would come back on monday, they left a document with the title 'service center', but it didnt have the arcelik logo, i called the arcelik call center and they said they didnt have any record of me, this company is scamming people, they are using the arcelik name to deceive customers, beware
Avoid using this service for repairs, as they charged me 220 TL for a part and did not provide any documentation
