We called the number 444 1 531, they said they are from the siemens refrigirator service, they came and changed two cables, 1800 TL, totaly wasted money, our refrigirator stil dont work, now they say they wil send sombody els tomorrow, I hope they are not scammers, we have an adress, we wil try to go ther and see

I had a problem with my samsung fridge, so i contacted the samsung service, they send someone from alp teknik, they took my fridge and said the main card was broken, then they fixed it after a week, but when they brought it back, it didnt work, and they asked for 2000 tl, which is alot, so i called them and said you didnt fix it, and i want my money back, they said the autorities will call me back, but nobody called, i had to call them every day, and finally i got a new servis and they fixed it in 5 minutes, dont call alp teknik, they will just waste your money.
They also scammed us, we coulnd't get our money back

I entred to write a thank you message, i saw alot of coment, i got my fridge and dish washer fixed with a 7 month gap, the fridge broke again after 11 month and they fixed it again for free, i think alot of this coment are from rivals
The number 444 15 31, is presenting itself as a costumer service from samsun, and is scamming people
