Scammers posing as authorized service technicians, stealing original parts and becoming aggressive when confronted

Do not answer this number, it is a scam, they asked for 8,000 for a service that costs a maximum of 3,000, and I had to call another service to resolve the issue

On 27.03.2024, some peoples came and said they are autorised servicemen and changed the part of my device without a garanty document.. I beleive they are scammers

They came like a Buderus servis, thay change the old parts, and they take 12.800 tl, scammers, BE CAREFULS

This servise is a cleer exampl of a scam, dont trust them

I contacted this call center and they sent me a service, I paid 4000 TL but my problem wasnt solved, then they said I need another part which costs 1200 TL, I dont think they are trustworthy.

Under various service brands, they write their own numbers. They came for boiler maintenance and asked for 8000 TL. They said we had to pay 3000 TL as a down payment, and they took a receipt and made us sign it. The company on the receipt does not exist in reality, and the addresses are fake. When we called back to cancel the transaction and asked for our money back, they asked for our IBAN and didn't send our money back. Also, the numbers on their uniforms are all fake and there is no service company name on the uniform, just 'Service'. Stay away or complain.

Yetkili servis olarak geldiler, kombinin genleşme tankının bozuk olduğunu söylediler ve 6580 TL fiyat istediler. 2580 TL'lik kapora aldılar, fiş imzalattılar, daha sonra şüphelendim ve başka bir kombi tamircisi çağırdım. Genleşme tankını havalandırarak bakım ücreti olarak 700 TL'ye sorun çözüldü. Bu firma ise kaporamı iade etmedi ve bizi dolandırdılar. Dikkatli olun.

Thay are profesional scammers, thay come to your house and steal your orjinal parcs, and sell you fake ones, thay are very bad peoples

This number is a scam; do not answer, as they'll try to deceive you, and the service is terrible, with exorbitant fees.

Be carefull with the servicemen from this number, theyre trying to scam people by overcharging them for reparis and stufff.

They came to my house and says they are from the authorized service, they checks my combi boiler and says the expansion tank is broken and they wants 6570 TL for it, they took 2580 TL as a deposit and gives me a invoice, but then i suspected something and called another technician, he fixes the problem by just filling the tank with air and charged me 700 TL for the maintance, the first company didnt gives me my money back and scammed me, be careful...
