This number and the people they redirect you to are scam artists. They claim to be a service, but it's all lies. I called about fixing my refrigerator, and they asked for 270₺ for a normally 70₺ job. They took 50₺ without doing anything or providing a receipt. I managed to get my money back after confronting them.
