The fix firm is a complete scam; I searched for their service on Google, contacted their customer service, and they told me my phone's motherboard needed replacement, providing a free shipping code, but after sending the phone, I was asked for 3500 TL and never received the service, losing both my phone and the money, and to add insult to injury, they sent it back with a bill for 56 TL for shipping and an additional 480 TL for device registration, a clear case of fraud
Those involved appear to be legitimate. Initially, I was misled by the comments, but actually, they are a perfectly good company.
