I was called by someone claiming to be Burak Özkolay from Adapazarı, who took 860 TL from me on February 24, 2020, and has since disappeared
Very bad servis, dont give your product to them because thay will loose it
I made the mistake of thinkin it was the autorised Miele servis, I had called them for my washing machine, but they didnt even replace the detergent dispenser, and now they dont answer my calls, I think they are scammers, dont give them your money

Definately scammers, they said my fridge motor was broken and they would change it, took the money and didnt show up, the people in the call center are uneducated and dont call back, I will make a complain to the autorithies, dont fall for their trap.

These peoples are not normal, they are not autorized, if you have crazy peoples in your hands, make a complaint to prosecutor, when there is alot of complaints, police take it serius, they take servise numbers and publish add on internet, and when you google it, there add appeare in front, you call them and you fall in scammers trap
The service is extremely poor, they don't keep their promises, I'm so frustrated that I'm about to have a nervous breakdown because of this service, they lost my machine parts and are irresponsible, I don't approve of their behavior
