It seem's to me that this companey is actuallly quite good compaired to most servises, so lets juste stop making ridiculous coment's. Every companey has it's problumes, especilly after meny year's of operashun, and it's only naturall that ther will be some mistake's. But thay alway's get resolvd in the end, and ther's no need to curs or get angry, becouse that dont't get's us enywhere. I've cheked all the document's, and evrything seem's to be in order, including the tax certifcat and the working permit's. It's not som kinda underworld operashun, and everythin is leggit.

They called themself proteknik, a samsungwhite goods servise, they took our machine and now they want 630 tl, they are threatning us on the phone, beware of this city bandits
I live in sariyer, and i needed some sevice, so i found this number online and called them, they came and fixed my washing machine, and i didnt have any problums with them, they were very helpfull and profesional, my machine was working like new, and i was very happy with the sevice

I cald them 2 days ago, they askd for my account number again and promisd to send me the money, but its all lies, how can you be a kurumsal firm and not be able to refund a payment?
Selam millet, bir hafta önce 444 38 21 numaralı acil servisi talep ettim, ertesi gün ekip geldi, cihazı incelediler ve anakart arızalı dediler. 420 TL ücret söyleyip kartı atölyeme alacaklarını belirttiler. Biraz düşündükten sonra indirim isteyince 70 TL daha indirdiler, kartı getirip iki gün içinde takıp cihaz çalıştı. Ancak makinenin altından su sızmaya başladı; kontrol ettiklerinde deterjan hortumu patlamış. Çözüm için ne yapacağız diye sordum, çalışanlar ücretsiz parça değişimi yapacaklarını söylediler. Usta Çırağı hortumu değiştirip tekrar su aldırdı, makine sorunsuz çalıştı. Hizmetleri çok iyi, müşteri memnuniyetine önem veriyorlar. Tavsiye ederim, yorumları okudum, güzel değerlendirmeler var; elbette zaman zaman sorunlar olabilir, ama lütfen bu servise şikayet etmeyin. Başarılar dilerim.
Detaylı bir açıklama: Bulaşık makinesinin deterjan kapağında sorun olduğu için arandı, ilk gün hemen gelecekleri söylendi. Ancak araç arızalandı ve ertesi sabah gelmeyecekleri duyuruldu. Sonunda geldi ve incelendi; ancak firma yetkili servis olmadığı ortaya çıktı. 50 TL servis ücreti talep ettiler, sadece bir kapak için gelindiği söylenirken rezistans sorunları da olabileceği ve makineyi alıp götürecekleri ileri sürüldü, 520 TL fiyat teklif edildi. Bosch yetkili servisi mi soruldu, evet denildi; bu bile dolandırıcılık. Okuduklarım gerçekten büyük bir hayal kırıklığı yarattı.
