When I called again to inquire about the service, they made excuses about car trouble. After waiting for three days and then contacting the real Arcelik service, I discovered no service request had been made. Fortunately, their scam failed because their supposed technician never arrived. This number is indeed a fake and used for scamming purposes. Since I provided my address, I plan to file a complaint.
