Following a service call 10 days ago, I had a terrible experience with this number. They replaced genuine parts with faulty ones and charged me 1,000 TL, including a so-called invoice and guarantee certificate with a fake signature from someone named Doruk, without providing any company details. When my combi stopped working the next day, they kept transferring my calls, saying someone would come, but no one showed up. I'm taking this to court and reporting it to the police, and I warn you to beware of their scams.

Without a doubt, these individuals are scammers, they came to our location for maintenance, damaged our air conditioner, and left a fake service form with a phone number that's now unreachable

If you are so transparant, then explain why you dont provide a garanty document with tax included, and why dont you issue a recipt, it doesnt make sence to me
