This company is a fraud, they asked me for 4 thousand tl to fix my machine but another technician fixed it for only 150 tl servis fee
It was dificult to get in touch with the servise, but they did a great job with my device and gave me a 1 year garantee
I thought it was a service call, but they scammed me, replacing a part for 5400 TL and still the problem persisted

Apparently, it was a scam operation, I thought it was the Arçelik service and called them, then cancelled, but they still came and changed the fan motor, taking 3900 liras, today the real Arçelik service came and it was 900 liras for the same job, it's shameful, I will complain otherwise I won't be at peace

After Vaillant technicians visited my home to inspect my combi boiler and quoted me 3200 TL for a replacement part, I decided to seek a second opinion and it turned out that a simple fan cleaning was all that was needed to get it working again, so beware of their tactics.
