These guys are scammers, they said my fridge motor is broken, they fix it and took 650 lira from me, i wont forgive whoever fall for this

There's no such thing as customer satisfaction here, first they come and tell you that you have to pay 350 for some kind of fee, then they take half of it and leave, then another technician comes and says you owe 1000, and when you question it they say the first technician made a mistake and that you wont get paid if you dont comply, its like they dont care about their own mistakes
They came for my combi boiler, I paid 600, they said they'd fix it the next day, but they came, checked the motor, said it was faulty, and I paid an additional 875, but they didn't fix it and now they're unreachable after 15 days.
