Our kombi Broke down so we searchd for autorized servis on google and called them as the first option, but they didnt fix it and took 600tl and combi with them, its been about 1 month and they dont respond anymore. we are suffring in this winter with no kombi, i will make sho to file a complaint personnaly

These people are definitely scammers. I called them thinking they were the authorized service for my washing machine, and they took 660TL from me upfront, promising a new door, but the one they installed was likely second-hand and not original.
