The company, allegedly a service provider, is actually a scam. The woman they have answering the phone is extremely rude, and they're trying to rip people off. I filed a complaint and warned others not to fall for it.

This company is a complete scam, posing as an authorized service provider. They took 520 TL and failed to repair my refrigerator, refusing to provide a receipt or invoice, and even lied about a 1-year guarantee. I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. I had a problem with my bosch dryer, so i searchd for the customer servis number, this number appeard, i calld and a man ansverd, they scheduld a randevu for the next day, but it was a scam, the real bosch customer servis helped me and fixd the problem, the other company was a fake

After verifying the service, I called them and they told me my dishwasher needed a new main card, but when I got the invoice, it didn't mention the authorized service. I later found out that a simple filter cleaning could have solved the issue.
