Çamaşır makinem bozulunca internet üzerinden “Boşh” adlı bir yetkili servis bulduk. Arandıklarında kendilerini yetkili olarak tanıttılar ve randevu ayarladılar. Ertesi sabah yoğun olduklarını, akşam 19:00’a kadar gelmelerinin mümkün olmayacağını nazikçe söylediler. Saat geldiğinde gelmediklerinden kendim aradım, karşı taraf yarın geleceğini, çok yoğun olduklarını belirtti; bilgi eksikliği nedeniyle bir günümü kaybettim dedim ve randevuyu iptal ettim. Ertesi sabah bir telefon geldi, eşim de gelmek istedi. Kapıyı açtığımda bir teknisyen geldi, arızayı anlattı, parçalar arabada olduğunu söyledi ve taktı; ücret 680 TL oldu. Kartla ödemek istedik, fakat banka değişikliği nedeniyle postamız yok ve peşin ödeme gerektiği söylendi. Eşim neden daha önce söylemediniz dedi; ardından IBAN istendi ve Cuma günü gönderileceği söylendi. Servis, parçaları geri dönüşüm için alıp hiçbir fiş ya da garanti belgesi vermedi. Bu durum bizi rahatsız etti; sürekli ödeme talebiyle arıyorlar ve parça kalitesini göstermeden ödeme yapmayacağımızı belirttik. Başkalarının da mağdur olmaması için şikayet ediyoruz.

Parayı ödeyeceğiz diye şaşırdık, ama bir hafta beklediğimiz buzdolabı tamiri hemen yapıldı. Sonra teknikçi parçayı götürüp fiş vermedi, bu yüzden fiş istemeyi unutmayın.
