I hired them for a boiler maintenance service, which cost 375 TL. They claimed to have replaced several parts and provided a two-year labor warranty and a one-year parts warranty. However, the boiler malfunctioned just two days later, and they've been unresponsive to my calls. It turns out they're not an authorized service provider for Demirdöküm. BEWARE!
We found them on the internet and called them for air conditioning, they made alot of process and we paid 840 tl then they left, they made us sign a yellow warranty paper and said the air conditioning will be fixed in 1.5 hours but it didnt work and we found out they didnt even close the outer unit and left the screws, we went to the police and gave a statement and they took the camera records from our site and found them easily, we got our money back.
