I found and called them thinking they were authorized service, they created a malfunction record; a technician came to my house, claimed my dishwasher's mainboard was damaged, and asked for 760 TL; I considered it too expensive, had another expert check, and was told the mainboard wasn't damaged; they didn't provide any documentation, allegedly it was all recorded in their system due to pandemic; beware, this company is a scam

2022 yılının Ocak ayında buzdolabı servisi için aradığımda 80 TL servis ücreti alındı, ardından sensör arızası nedeniyle 700 TL'lik parça 550 TL'ye indirildi. Ancak tamir sonrası buzdolabı bir buçuk ay boyunca buzlanıyor ve başlangıçtaki ses problemleri artarak devam ediyor. Toplam 630 TL harcadım, ama fatura ya da makbuz almadım.
